By placing any order on our website, you certify to be over 18 years old, or that you have reached the legal age required in the country of your residence to be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age and you agree not to do so.
Please be reminded that wines are purchased at buyer's risk. We do not accept return/refund after customer has agreed to purchased. We will, at our discretion, consider the replacement of the remaining unopened bottles of any case sold, where the wine is not in drinkable condition. Original receipt must be presented during the exchange within 3 days from date of purchase.
It is a common understanding in the wine trade, any vintage wine that are >8 years of age are purchased at customer's risks.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex Credit Card through our secured PayPal payment gateway. A PayPal account is not required.
All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars and NETT Price. We do not charge VAT/GST.
We provide free shipping for any single order above $200, or $20 per order per location below this amount. The delivery is made upon reception of full payment of the goods.
Standard Delivery:
- Orders are delivered on every Tuesday or Friday of the week, order received before 10:00 am on Tuesday/Friday would be delivered on the same day.
If Public Holiday falls on Tuesday or Friday, we will deliver on the following working day.
Others delivery options:
- Next business day delivery (Exclude Sunday & Public Holiday) is available at $30 per order.
- Same day delivery (Exclude Sunday & Public Holiday), for order received before 4pm is available at $40
We generally ship to all locations within mainland Singapore. (We regret no delivery to for offshore islands, army camps or other restricted areas like Jurong Island and Changi Airport Cargo Complex).
We do not provide self-pickup.
The Company has the right to charge storage fees for storing the wine in the event that: a customer fails to pickup the wine within two weeks of purchase; wine is non-deliverable within two weeks of purchase due to customer’s failure to notify the Company of change of address or the Company is otherwise unable to contact customer; a customer refuses to take delivery of the wine. In the event that the wine has not been collected / delivered and the storage fees referred to above have not been paid for 1 month from notification by the Company that the wine is ready, then the Company has the right to dispose of the wine with no further notice to the Customer. The Company shall have no liability to the customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such circumstances.
