Wine Maker note: Aged at least 20 months on lees.The vineyard is 750m in altitude from the Tornel and La Vega plots. The grapes are cooled to 10ºC. The grapes are pressed without crushing them, in order to obtain the aromatic potential, characteristics of the variety and low polyphenol extraction. The draining is carried out without pressure to obtain only a 58% yield. Cold decanting and cleaning without adding clarifying agents. Controlled fermantation at 16ºC for 15 days. After blending the base winefrom the two plots, the triage take place during the first month of the year. Second fermantation and aging in our cellar at 16ºC.
Tasting Note: Bright pink color, with light violet tones. Aromas highlights notes to red fruits, citrus peel, orange, grapefruit, and sweet pastry due to its aging on lees. The palate surprises by its freshness, provided by the fine bubbles, integrated acidity and a final to ripe, red fruit.
