Wine Maker notes: Produced exclusively from Glera grapes which on reaching the correct technologicalmaturity are harvested during the first hours of the day in order toguarantee the preservation of the grape’s aromatic characteristics. Soft pressing followed by pureness fermentation at a controlled temperature. The “prise de mousse” and thefermentation take place in steel tanks for about 40 days at 13° - 14° C withthe preservation of the noble wine bubble.

Tasting notes: This wine is characterised by a straw yellow colour with pale greenhighlights, brilliant and creamy foam. Its perlage is fine, noble andpersistent. The scent is fruity, clean with crunchy apple, peach, floral roseand acacia nuances. Sourness and fresh on the palate with a savoury anddry aftertaste.

Grape Variety/Blend: Glera

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, a must-have wine for convivial occasions. Try it withtasty first courses such as potato ravioli stuffed with Casatella Trevigianacheese and asparagus or fish dishes such as anglerfish baked with cherrytomatoes and taggiasca olives.
