Wine Maker notes: Made with organic grapes - Protected Geographical Indication Trifilia. This wine was aged in oak barrels for 24 months before bottling.

Grape Variety/Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes: Deep color and dark fruit aromas are the first to reveal themselves, while hints of oak and spices emerge from the background. Velvety tannins characterize the rich mouthfeel and contribute to the generous finish.

Food Pairing: It shows great affinity for grilled meat, spicy food and hearty cheeses.

Best served at 16 – 18°C
