Wine maker notes: Selection of grape varieties from vineyards in glass of very old vines at altitude. An ideal climate to create a high layer wine, fresh and lively due to the change in daytime temperature during the day and night. Long sunny days and cool nights when the vines can rest. Grapes from a selection of vineyards at 600-700 meters of altitude, with clay soils that have good water retention and allow the vineyards to be cared for without irrigation and help to enhance the sensation of red and black fruit on the nose. The vines are old, over 35 years old, from glass vines, carefully harvested by hand. A controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, each variety separately and after creating the coupage, the cuvée, is brought together and stored in concrete tanks.
Tasting Note: A beautiful dark ruby color, with a high layer, pronounced and intense aromas of fresh red and black fruit, blackberries, currants and raspberries, with some spicy undertones, licorice, thyme and ground pepper. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and has a smooth and elegant mid palate with its silky and ripe tannins.
